It rained here last night, the first of the season. I was and still am beyond happy about it. The weather was amazing since morning yesterday. It was windy all day and the sky was filled with heavy clouds. I wasn’t really expecting it to rain and I guess that surprise factor added more to my joy. I don’t remember the last time we had such amazing weather.
For me, rain is my weakness. When I heard it raining I grabbed a long scarf because pajama party all day all night #LivingTheJoblessLife and made a dash for the garage. It felt so good, aah! ❤ I love rain; I love being in it, I love the sound of it, I love the smell of wet earth afterwards, I love everything about rain. Some people might say what’s the big deal but seriously when you live in the desert, rain is your miracle.
You know what; such weather always reminds me of Twilight, the movie and the book. To be honest, I was watching Twilight when it started raining. I had, okay who am I kidding, still have this tiny little dream of living in Forks one day, ha, because rain lol. I was in fact checking out their Twilight related festival info after last night. Maybe one day I’ll go there for it and experience Forks for myself. It would be like a dream come true. I hope the Cullen house is real and is there only as I loved that house.
I don’t really know if this amazing weather is going to stay or we will have more rain in the coming weeks but I so hope we do. Our summer comes very early and stays for forever. Nice weather and rain doesn’t come our way much often so I am really keeping my fingers crossed for it to stay a while.
It is cloudy today as well and a little windy and I am working facing the window, ha. Hope you guys are having amazing weather wherever you are. It’s the small things that make this life so beautiful. ❤
